Be informed that on Monday, 05/09/2022, a conference was held by Mapna Communication & Marketing Management with the aim of paying special attention to the issue of customer orientation with members of Mapna Group Customer Relationship Management Network in conference hall of the Industrial Management Organization.

In this meeting, Mr. Malayeri (Communications and Market Manager), Dr. Arabgari (Customer Relations Manager) and Dr. Shahrzad (Strategic Planning Manager) presented subjects and also results of evaluating Clients satisfaction in different sections of Mapna Group was announced.
