Test and commission of PMS system in units 2, 3 and 4 of Damavand Power and Steam Generation and Damavand Extension projects was successfully conducted

Thanks to the God and the efforts of all MAPNA MD3 employees and partners, the PMS (POWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM with a new Logic, along with the improved logic of the Governor system, in Damavand Power and Steam Generation and Damavand Extension Projects, was conducted for the first time in the country in collaboration with the other Mapna Group companies (Tuga, Mecco and O&M). This success was achieved on Monday, April 30, 2018. We congratulate this success to all MAPNA Group employees and other stakeholders.
Damavand steam and power generation utility is located at Pars Special Economic Energy Zone in Assaluyeh, southern Iran, in vicinity of South Pars giant gas field.
Damavand Petrochemical Company is the client of the project and execution of the project is carried out by MAPNA Special Projects Construction & Development Company (MD-3).
The project (Phase I) includes design, construction, procurement, installation, test and commissioning of the equipment, among them two 162-MW turbo generators and two HRSG boilers each with a capacity of 330 tons per hour and Damavand Extension (Phase II) includes design, construction, procurement, installation, test and commissioning of the equipment, among them two 162-MW turbo generators.
